Site Manager – commercial build.

This is a permanent position for a commercial build Site Manager to work on Brisbane-based projects for a quality Builder synonyms with the Queensland (and National) commercial construction market, having been in operation for more than 100 years.

Delivering a suite of new build and complex structural refurbishment projects between $10M – $50M, you will join a multidisciplinary builder who still operates under a ‘relationships-first’ approach. Projects are often representative of ‘live environments’ and as such, your client management and communication skills will need to be second to none.  

You will be looking for a long-term home and possess a reputation for operating with integrity, honesty and respect. Your ability to drive programme, quality, safety and sub-contractor performance is essential as is the ability to foster and strengthen client and stakeholder relations.

Preference will go to individuals residing in Brisbane (ideally southside) and with an impressive portfolio of works associated with commercial, refurbishment, government and non-residential sectors. You will need to be trade qualified and possess a QBCC Supervisors or Builders License.
