Site Manager – commercial

This is a permanent position for a commercial build Site Manager to work on Brisbane-based, non EBA projects for a quality Builder synonyms with the Queensland (and National) commercial construction market, having been in operation for more than 100 years.

Delivering a suite of new build and complex structural refurbishment projects between $3M – $20M, you will join a multidisciplinary builder who still operates under a ‘relationships-first’ approach. Projects are often representative of ‘live environments’ and as such, your client management and communication skills will need to be second to none.  

You will be looking for a long-term home and possess a reputation for operating with integrity, honesty and respect. Your ability to drive programme, quality, safety and sub-contractor performance is essential as is the ability to foster and strengthen client and stakeholder relations.

Preference will go to individuals residing in Brisbane as projects are typically within a 30km radius of Brisbane city, both north and southside, with an impressive portfolio of works associated with commercial, refurbishment, government and non-residential sectors. You will need to be trade qualified and possess a QBCC Supervisors or Builders License and ideally represent a stable career history.
